Biographical notes

Elizabeth Kennedy (fondly known as Lizzie), was the second of the Pettigrew children and named after her grandmother (father's mother). Born in 1864 in Buckinghamshire she had a tragically short life, dying in June 1885 at the early age of 21. She is buried in Cathays Cemetery Cardiff with her sister Agnes, who also died young.
